1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Paddy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Paddy is a tool for organising recreational padel games. We do not provide courts or equipment.
3. Notifications
We might use your phone or email for notifications about changes in your games or game invites. We might also use your email for calendar sync features when we introduce them (with your consent).
4. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Paddy. You provide a working phone number and are responsible for all activity on your account. One person per account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Paddy to spam, harass, scrape, reverse-engineer, or organise anything illegal. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of names, group details and messages you input. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display them as needed to provide the service.
7. Availability
The service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us at the address below. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months (currently zero — the service is free). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Paris.
